The purpose of the 60-second cut was to share it on social media channels and show it in-person to prospective students on high school visits and before on-campus tours. The team cut the 60-second commercial to highlight the personalities, drive, and success of MassArt students and alumni. This short video spot was used for an ad campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube, which directed traffic back to the admissions landing page where the full-length version of this video was embedded in the hero space.
From the Judges
Rare are the student or alumni-produced videos and this one really showed off the talent of their alumni director. This is a cutting edge fun video that speaks to the young and hip students the school possibly draws. It is a perfect representation of what an art school can be and what you can actually do with an art degree. It’s what you would expect from an art school, but it exceeds those expectations. The concept was amazing and was super-high quality and had impressive creativity.
