Bio

Dr. Aliesha Crowe currently serves as the vice president of college advancement at Northeast Wisconsin Technical College (NWTC). Her leadership responsibilities include college marketing, public relations, recruitment, government relations, institutional research, grants, foundation, and alumni relations.

Prior to joining NWTC, Crowe served as the executive director of institutional Advancement for 5 years and dean of industry, energy, and agriculture for four years at Chippewa Valley Technical College (CVTC).

A goal and outcome-driven leader, Crowe believes in implementing data-informed plans of work aligned to the College, Foundation, and Alumni Association strategic plans. In collaboration with other college departments, she has developed numerous advancement programs that directly support student recruitment, student success, staff development, and campus infrastructure development.

Crowe holds a doctorate of education in organizational leadership, policy, and development from the University of Minnesota, a master's degree in agriculture education from the University of Wisconsin-River Falls, and a bachelor of science degree in animal science from UW River Falls. Crowe is a 2019-20 Rising Presidents Fellow in the Aspen Presidential Fellowship for Community College Excellence. She is also active in her family’s agri-business and in partnership with her brother, will be the fourth generation to own and operate the family ranch in Northwestern Wisconsin.
