Finance Committee Tax Reform Working Group Report Includes Discussion of IRA Charitable Rollover

On July 8, Senate Finance Committee Chairman Orrin Hatch (R-Utah) and Ranking Member Ron Wyden (D-Ore.) released reports from the committee’s five bi-partisan tax reform working groups, including a report from the working group charged with reviewing individual income tax issues. While limiting the charitable deduction was not addressed in their report, the Individual Income Tax Working Group did outline options for extending and expanding the charitable rollover for individual retirement accounts.

District I
  • Save-the-date: The 2016 District I conference will be January 28-29, 2016, at the Westin Copley Place in Boston, Massachusetts.

District II
  • The deadline to submit a proposal to present at the District II annual conference in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, is July 23, 2015.
  • The District II Achievement and Accolades Program will open for entries in August 2015.

District III
  • The District III annual conference, What's Your Vibe?, is February 14-17, 2016, in Nashville, Tennessee. November 13, 2015, is the deadline for early bird registration, awards competition entries and scholarship entries.

  • Registration is now open for the CASE IV Technology Program, November 19-20, 2015, in Shreveport, Louisiana.
  • Save-the-date: The 2016 District IV annual conference will be April 3-5, 2016, in Dallas, Texas.
