CASE District News

District II

District II invites members to submit a presentation for the 2014 district conference in Baltimore. The deadline is Aug. 20, 2013, and presentations can be submitted using the conference proposal form.

 

District III

The District III annual conference is pleased to introduce the newest preconference option, Master Sessions. Choose from six two-hour sessions, led by industry experts, designed to help build your skills as an advancement leader. They will be held from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on Feb. 16, 2014, and cost $50 each.

The awards team is seeking volunteers to serve as judging coordinators for the 2013-14 awards cycle. To sign up, please complete this form. If you have any questions, email District III Awards Chair James Barnard.

 

District IV

Social media is the focus of a CASE District IV regional programming workshop this September in Albuquerque, N.M.

Colleagues from around the district will meet Sept. 24-25 for an in-depth look at social media in the advancement profession. Be sure to check the CASE District IV website for more details.

And, registration is now open  for the CASE District IV South Padre Summer Mini Conference. This conference will be held Aug. 1-3 and offers three days of networking, presentations and professional development in a relaxed atmosphere. For a list of presentations, visit the district website.

 

District V

Register by July 31 to enter the "Pride of CASE V" awards.

Registration is open for the 2013 "Pride of CASE V" awards. Is there a project from this past year that really made you proud? If so, share your great work by submitting it to the "Pride of CASE V" competition by July 31.

 

District VI

Summer is almost half over. That may seem depressing to some, but for CASE VI members, it's exciting as it means we will soon be together again at our district conference.

Please be sure to take note of these upcoming deadlines and event dates:

  • The deadline for presentation proposals has been extended to July 31. More information can be found on the conference site.
  • The deadline for service award nominations has been extended to Aug. 30. We invite you to nominate an outstanding CASE colleague, volunteer, Rising Star or chief executive leader for recognition by District VI. Submit a nomination today.
  • The Institutional Awards deadline is July 31. Don't miss out on this opportunity to get recognized for the excellent work you do. There are awards for every area of advancement. View the categories here. Submit your application(s) online.

District VII
