      • Creating new guiding philosophies for collaboration between alumni relations and career services;
      • Identifying examples of engagement programs designed to activate and engage alumni volunteers around career and professional narratives;
      • Building and strengthening university and alumni networks with a focus on career communities; and
      • Assessing success measures that can broadly impact organizational units as well as the university and many of its key metrics.

Alumni relations and career services professionals will benefit from various sessions and discussions led by Ryan Catherwood, assistant vice president, alumni and career services, at Longwood University.
