Federal Funding Task Force Seeks Volunteers for 2018 Session

The Federal Funding Task Force is now seeking volunteers to help compile the 2018 Federal Funding to Two-Year Colleges Report.

The annual task force meets with federal agencies in Washington D.C. November 12-15 to discuss funding levels and program priorities, update contacts and request data on funds and grants awarded to community colleges.

The task force is looking for 65 volunteers from community colleges to carry the workload this year.

Registration for the task force will remain open on a first-come, first-served basis. There will be a wait list to accommodate for volunteers who may drop out.

Individuals interested in volunteering on the FFTF should have an interest in grants, but they don't necessarily have to be a grant writer or developer for their institution.

The CASE Federal Funding Task Force call for volunteers is open to all CASE community college members. Priority is given based on the date of application.

Please share your questions and comments with Marc Westenburg via email at or +1 202 478 5570.
