CASE Introduces Updated Management and Governance Checklist for Institutionally Related Foundations

CASE has introduced an improved and updated version of the Management Governance Checklist for Institutionally Related Foundations.The checklist, introduced in 2001 and last updated in 2009, serves as an important guide for public college and university foundation boards and staff in conducting self-assessments of foundation compliance with laws, standards and best practices.

Improvements to the checklist include:

  • Re-labeling and expansion of sections to make the checklist more user-friendly
  • A new section on data information and technology
  • Expanded links to helpful resources and sample policies

The updated checklist can be viewed on the CASE website.
