Community College Foundation Survey Opens

A new CASE survey of community college institutionally related foundations is asking the most common benchmarking questions about community college fundraising. This survey replicates and builds on the popular 2010 survey conducted by CASE. It provides a wealth of useful information, including:

  • Annual fundraising
  • Comprehensive/capital campaigns
  • Foundation boards
  • Staffing and budgets
  • Endowment
  • Scholarships

The online survey, which will take about 20 minutes to complete, is open through May 15. For questions, contact research@case.org.


Last Chance to Spotlight a Stellar Professor

April 14, 2014, is the deadline to submit nominations for the 2014 U.S. Professors of the Year awards, which honor the nation's best undergraduate teachers. The awards are sponsored by the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching and administered by CASE. Last year, eight community college faculty members were recognized, including national winner Robert Chaney, professor of mathematics at Sinclair Community College in Dayton, Ohio.
