The Minority Advancement Institute was created in 2006 to foster the development of diverse leaders in the advancement profession. The program focuses on management, leadership and mentoring of advancement professionals who have the potential to rise to the ranks of senior management. 

More than 120 professionals have participated in the program with more than 20 percent today in leadership positions.

The institute begins at 3:00 p.m. on Sunday and ends at 12:15 p.m. on Tuesday.
