Aspire: Small Teams, Big Opportunities

March 12, 2019
Mary Ward House, 5-7 Tavistock Pl, Kings Cross, WC1H 9SN
London, United Kingdom

The Aspire Conference is aimed for those working in a alumni relations or development team of 1-4 persons. The conference is deliberately small, designed to provide optimal interaction between delegates and speakers, both during sessions and in those all-important informal conversations during breaks. This year, there will be an emphasis on empowering individuals and small teams, as well as on encouraging delegates to see that their limited resources are no barrier to innovation. This year we'll also be setting up a post-conference network for delegates, so that small shop colleagues can continue the conversation and find strength in numbers.

The conference is made up of plenary's, workshops and roundtable discussions, to encourage interaction, networking and idea sharing. Attendees will go away with a clear set of takeaways, both things they can implement immediately, and those they can spend time shaping. Above all, CASE wants delegates to leave the conference feeling reinvigorated, brimming with confidence, and sparkling with inspirational ideas to boost their small but powerful team.

We aim to bring together individuals working in schools, ‘emerging' universities, charities and arts and cultural bodies to share their tips and tricks for making the most of very limited resources.

Who should attend?
