Aspire: Small Teams, Big Impact

May 3, 2018
Mary Ward House, 5-7 Tavistock Pl, Kings Cross, WC1H 9SN
London, United Kingdom

In response to the growing needs of our community, CASE Europe have created a brand new conference specifically aimed at professionals operating within small teams and with small budgets.

We aim to bring together individuals working in schools, ‘emerging' universities, charities and arts and cultural bodies to share their tips and tricks for making the most of very limited resources.

This inclusive conference is designed to incorporate a variety of perspectives to help solve some of our collective fundraising and alumni engagement challenges. The interactive nature of this event will give participants the chance to discuss their issues in order to identify best practice and inform future advancement strategies.

Delegates will also have the opportunity to learn from each other and make new connections.

The programme will cover:
• Strategic planning
• The role of leadership in advancement
• Storytelling - speaking with passion and authenticity
• Writing a compelling case for support
• Donor cultivation and stewardship

Who should attend?
• Fundraising, alumni relations and marketing and communications professionals working alone or in very small teams
• Professionals who need to strengthen their philanthropic giving strategies
• Individuals with a desire to increase their annual fundraising income on a shoestring (for want of a better word!)
