>> Please note that there are no more rooms available onsite at Waurn Ponds Estate. Alternative accommodation will be arranged for delegates who are interested to attend the Institute.

Note: For Thursday, 20 September's transport - A coach has been arranged for 2 drop off points (Southern Cross Terminal and Melbourne Tullamarine Airport): It will take approximately 1hr - 1hr 30 mins to travel from Waurn Ponds Estate to Southern Cross Terminal and then another 30mins - 45mins to reach the Melbourne Tullamarine Airport.

2.45pm -> 4.15pm -> 5pm


Cancellation policy: Written notification of cancellation is required and should be sent to the CASE Asia-Pacific office.

1. Cancellations received by 15 August 2018 will receive a full refund.

2. Cancellations received from 16 August to 30 August 2018 will receive a refund of the registration fees less a 20% cancellation fee.

3. Cancellations received from 31 August 2018 onwards will not receive a refund, but substitute delegates will be accepted.

4. No-shows will not receive a refund.


Delegates' List

A delegates' list will be given to each attendee. We would like to establish the understanding that by registering, you agree to share your particulars such as name, designation, organization and email with the rest of the delegates. Please let us know if you would prefer not to share your particulars.
