Lyndsay Lewis

Lyndsay Lewis, Richmond Associate & CASE Europe Programme Manager Consultant

Since 2010 Lyndsay has worked as an Associate Consultant for Richmond Associates, specialising in the recruitment of fundraising professionals into the not-for-profit sector She works closely with the senior teams of charities, universities and arts organisations to understand their vision, goals and strategies and ensure that she matches the right individuals to the right institution.

Lyndsay worked for BBC Worldwide from 1984 - 2008. As a Divisional Director she was responsible for employee and organisation development. She aligned training and development strategies to the goals of the organisation and implemented initiatives in the areas of competency frameworks, assessment and development centres, executive coaching and training design and delivery. She also developed a diversity strategy for the organisation.

Within the higher education sector Lyndsay designed and implemented the ‘Inspire' programme at the University of Oxford and the ‘King's Knowledge' programme at King's College London. Both programmes provide an integrated training and development offering for all fundraisers across the universities and are tailored to meet the needs of fundraisers at different stages in Lyndsay also acts as the project leader on the CASE Europe Graduate Trainee Programme.

Chris Murphy

Graduate Trainee Mentor

Chris Murphy is director of development and alumni relations at Birkbeck, University of London. Chris moved to the higher education sector from the arts in January 2012 having previously been individual giving manager, then head of memberships at the National Theatre. Before joining the NT, Murphy spent three years at Richmond Associates where he recruited senior-level development staff to leading organisations in the higher education, arts and charity sectors.

Leigh Cleghorn

Leigh Cleghorn, Deputy Director, CASE Europe
Graduate Trainee Scheme Manager

Leigh joined CASE in 2011. As the Deputy Director she provides leadership and management of membership, research and operations within the Europe region of CASE. Prior to CASE she worked in recruitment for several years. Leigh has a BA in English literature and History from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. After graduating she worked as an event organiser within an English Language School in Wellington, New Zealand. Leigh relocated from New Zealand to the UK in 2004 and has lived and worked here ever since.
