Lyndsay Lewis

Lyndsay has over 25 years' experience of operating at a senior level within the HR arena. She supports boards and leadership teams by helping them get the most from their people and build robust talent management strategies, which meet the needs of the organisation. She worked on the recent HEFCE report: An emerging profession: The Higher Education Philanthropy Workforce and mentors the CASE Graduate Trainees.

Prior to working as a consultant, Lyndsay was a Divisional Director at BBC Worldwide where she headed up HR and employee development teams and implemented management development and change programmes across the BBC.

Within the higher education sector Lyndsay has developed training programmes for the University of Oxford and King's College London and has recently worked with UCL on their talent management initiative. She is also an Associate Consultant with Richmond Associates and in this capacity she has worked with a wide range of educational institutions.

Lyndsay is an experienced executive and career coach and has a particular interest in supporting individuals undergoing career transition. She is a member of the Institute of Personnel and Development.


Greg Spencer

Greg's fundraising career began as a student caller and callroom supervisor at the University of Bristol. Upon graduating he joined the newly established Buffalo Fundraising Consultants as their first full-time employee. Greg managed numerous fundraising campaigns across a range of educational institutions whilst working in the consultancy sector, before returning to the University of Bristol as Annual Giving Manager. Latterly, Greg was Head of the Leadership Giving fundraising team at Bristol. In 2016 he returned home to Wales, where he is now Deputy Director of Development & Head of Fundraising at Cardiff University. He is currently the scheme mentor for the CASE graduate trainee programme.

CASE Europe

Leigh joined CASE in 2011. As the Deputy Director she provides leadership and management of membership, research and operations within the Europe region of CASE. Prior to CASE she worked in recruitment for several years. Leigh has a BA in English literature and History from Victoria University in Wellington, New Zealand. After graduating she worked as an event organiser within an English Language School in Wellington, New Zealand. Leigh relocated from New Zealand to the UK in 2004 and has lived and worked here ever since.
