The CASE Europe Annual Conference is a time to celebrate award winning projects and individuals as well as an opportunity to learn new skills and develop new relationships. The awards celebrated at the Annual Conference include the Circle of Excellence Awards and the CASE Europe Awards.

Circle of Excellence Awards Programme

Receiving a Circle of Excellence Award is the one of the ultimate CASE accolade. The awards acknowledge accomplishments that have lasting impact, demonstrating the highest level of professionalism and delivering exceptional results for schools, colleagues, universities and cultural bodies around the world.

By attending the CASE Europe Annual Conference you will have the opportunity to learn from the very best in the profession meet with and learn from award winners by attending a dedicated award winner showcase session on the main programme on Thursday 30 August, before the closing plenary. CASE Europe would like to congratulate the following recipients of its awards programme for 2018:

Iain More Award
The CASE Europe Iain More Award recognises the outstanding achievements of an emerging professional with less than five years' experience in the field.

Winner: Olivia Dakeyne, Advancement Operations Manager, Natural History Museum

Volunteer of the Year Award
The CASE Europe Volunteer of the Year Award recognises the outstanding achievements of a volunteer, or team of volunteers, who have substantially contributed to enhancing and sustaining an institution's fundraising performance.

Winner: Professor Garether Griffiths and Professor Rein Aasland, Eyropean Molecular Biology Laboratory (EMBL)

Leadership Award supported by Halpin Partnership
The CASE Europe Leadership Award recognises heads, presidents, vice-chancellors and leaders for their outstanding efforts in promoting and supporting education. It is open to all CASE Europe members.

Winner: Elizabeth Cairncross, Principal, Wells Cathedral School

Distinguished Service Award
This award honours individuals whose professional accomplishments have made a significant impact in the field of advancement and whose commitment has earned industry wide respect.

Winner: Susannah Baker, Director, Waynflete Office, Magdalen College School

Schools Engagement Award
The CASE Europe Schools Engagement Award recognises nominees who have led an innovative programme of external engagement with stakeholders who have successfully and measurably enhanced relationships for a school and its community.

Winner: Amanda Scott, Director of Development, Latymer Foundation at Hammersmith , Latymer Upper School

Emerging Marketing and Communications Professional supported by Brand & Reputation
The CASE Europe Award for an Emerging Marketing and Communications Professional recognises an outstanding early career professional at a member institution. Nominations are welcome for those who have shown an innovative approach, dedication to excellence and have had a positive, measurable impact through their work.

Winner: Liam Ross, Digital Engagement Officer, Loughborough University

Emerging Alumni & Supporter Relations Professional Award supported by Aluminati

Do you know a rising star making an impression in alumni & supporter relations? Could this early career professional be the first recipient of the CASE Europe Emerging Alumni & Supporter Relations Award

Winner: Johana Canda Fiserova,Senior International Alumni Manager, King's College London & King's College Health Partners
