  • The school has taken significant steps over the course of two years to transform the communications department from a reactive, transaction-based department into a purposeful, strategic marketing department designed to improve the school's position in the marketplace through targeted marketing programs.

The University of Western Australia (Australia) - Student Offer Journey Improvement

  • The Student Offer Journey Improvement Project was designed to improve the student onboarding experience. This included making changes to the look, feel and tone of all communications pieces and adding a new Student Welcome Pack to encourage student conversion from offer to acceptance.
