Collaborative partnerships must involve an advancement function (fundraising, alumni relations, communications, marketing) at your institution(s). Collaborative programs include partnerships that combine the resources of two or more departments at a single institution or partnerships that combine the resources of two or more institutions

Examples might include programs combining the resources of several departments to work more efficiently, to save money, time or other resources, or to reach more constituents. Programs can be either internally or externally focused and may be ongoing or new this year but must have been in place long enough to show well-documented results.
