The Grenzebach awards recognize the work of established researchers and encourage young scholars to continue their work in advancement. Theses, dissertations and published scholarship must be helpful to educational advancement practitioners in devising strategies and tactics for accomplishing their work in philanthropy.
The awards program is cosponsored by CASE and the Giving USA Foundation. The awards are named in honor of the late John Grenzebach, founding chair of John Grenzebach & Associates Inc., development consultants to educational institutions. He was a leader in educational philanthropy with a strong interest in promoting scholarship in the advancement field.
The co-sponsoring organizations present awards in two program areas:
Winners are announced each year in May and recognized in July. Each program carries cash awards and brings the award recipients international recognition.
Nomination deadline: Feb. 19, 2010. See eligibility guidelines and nomination instructions.
