WELCOME TO CASE KENTUCKY!

On behalf of the CASE Kentucky Board of Directors and Conference Planning Committee, it gives me great pleasure to invite you to the 2017 CASE Kentucky Conference on December 7th and 8th at the Hilton Lexington Downtown in Lexington, Kentucky.

CASE Kentucky is affiliated with the Council for the Advancement and Support of Education (CASE). As one of the few statewide CASE organizations, we strive to provide cost-effective professional development opportunities for individuals within the Commonwealth and from neighboring states.

Our annual conference is a great way for advancement professionals to stay connected and network with one another while exploring new trends in their disciplines. In addition, we share job openings through our email blasts to help raise awareness about advancement opportunities within Kentucky.

After reviewing the materials on this website, I hope you will make plans to join us for two days of meaningful professional development in program tracks designed for professionals in advancement services, alumni relations, communications, and philanthropy. This year, we are excited to add two sessions on Thursday afternoon for advancement professionals at independent schools. As always, the two executive management sessions will allow senior advancement professionals to explore relevant topics on Friday morning.

In addition to our annual conference program, we are proud to host an awards competition to recognize best practices and outstanding accomplishments in programs, writing, publications, graphic design, digital media and advertising. We provide scholarship opportunities to encourage the next generation of advancement and to promote access to quality professional development programs for advancement professionals in Kentucky.

CASE Kentucky strives to recognize and support the important role that each of us plays in the success of our institutions. Whether this will be your first time attending our conference or if you have been coming for many years, we hope that you will find the information helpful and beneficial.

If you would like to become more involved with CASE Kentucky or have questions about our organization, please feel free to contact me at laurel.martin@kctcs.edu.

I look forward to seeing you at the conference in December!

Sincerely,

Laurel Raimondo Martin, PhD
