CASE District News

District I

  • Mark your calendars for next year’s District I Annual Conference, March 15-16, 2018, at the Westin Copley in Boston, Massachusetts, with special pre-conference programming on March 14. 
  • Winners of the CASE District I Excellence Awards will be acknowledged during the annual conference, so don’t forget to submit your nominations.

District II

  • Save the date: The District II Annual Conference will be Feb. 25-27, 2018, at the Gaylord National Resort and Conference Center at National Harbor, just outside Washington, D.C.
  • District II is now accepting session proposals for the conference. Submit a proposal by July 21, 2017.

District III

  • District III is accepting nominations for its Chief Leadership Award for chief executives whose contributions to their campuses and communities deserve exceptional recognition and celebration. Review selection criteria and procedures and submit nominations by July 28, 2017.
  • Nominations are also open for District III's special recognition programs: Bill Franklin Volunteer of the Year, the Diversity and Inclusion Award and Mentor of the Year. Nominations should be a 1000-word essay emailed to the appropriate judging coordinator by July 28, 2017.

District V

  • CASE V welcomes J.D. Vance, best-selling author of Hillbilly Elegy, as keynote speaker for the 2017 District V Annual Conference, Dec. 10-12, 2017, in Chicago, Illinois. Learn more about J.D. Vance and the conference.

District VII

  • Registration is open for Connect West, the CASE District VII annual conference, March 1-3, 2018, in San Francisco, California.
  • The District VII conference planning team is seeking proposals and speaker submissions for the conference. District VII is looking for dynamic presenters with insights on: alumni relations, advancement services, campaigns, philanthropy, marketing/communications, leadership and talent development. Proposals are due July 31, 2017.
