Payment Options

CASE accepts various forms of payment. Orders must be paid in U.S. dollars.

Credit card
You must use a credit card to place an order online or over the telephone. We accept the following credit cards: American Express, VISA and MasterCard. Please be sure to include the expiration date and verification code.

Check or money order
You may pay by check or money order when placing an order by mail.

Please make the check or money order payable to “CASE STORE.” Checks must be in U.S. dollars and drawn on a United States bank; please do not send cash or international money orders.

Wire transfer
To make a payment by wire transfer, please email books@case.org for account information details. 

Please note: you will need to cover bank charges associated with wire transfer payments.

Paying an open invoice

Fax orders

Shipping Information

Shipping within the United States
All orders are shipped via Federal Express. Please allow five (5) to seven (7) business days for delivery. Federal Express does not deliver to P.O. boxes.

Shipping must be included in all orders. Shipping rates apply to hard copies only. There is no shipping charge for PDF or multimedia files.

Rush orders within the United States
Upon request, rush service is shipped by Federal Express. Please allow two (2) to three (3) business days for delivery. Delivery date is based upon the time of day the order was placed.

Rush orders must be received by 2 p.m. (EST). There is an additional shipping charge of $17.00 per every five (5) items ordered (hard copies only).

Shipping to international addresses (outside the United States)
Orders are shipped via Federal Express.

For international orders, there is an additional charge of $18.50 per every five (5) items ordered (hard copies only). There is no shipping charge for PDF or multimedia files.


Sales Tax

Orders shipped to Washington, D.C., must add 5.75 percent unless tax-exempt.

If your institution is tax-exempt, please call us at 1-800-554-8536 to prove your tax-exempt status.


Discount Information

CASE offers a 25 percent discount on the purchase of 10-99 copies of the same book and a 40 percent discount on 100 or more copies of the same book.

For purchases of 100 or more copies, please call CASE at 1-800-554-8536 or email books@case.org for special handling.

Discount codes
If you received a discount code, simply enter the code when prompted during the online ordering process. The discount amount will be shown and applied to your order.


Returns and Refunds

CASE will accept returns of any hard copy items purchased within 30 days of delivery of a shipment. Items must be in original and saleable condition. A full refund, less shipping charges, will be issued in the same form of payment originally used for purchase within seven (7) to fourteen (14) business days of receiving your return.

Please use a traceable shipping method such as UPS or Federal Express and include a copy of the original shipping document, a written explanation for the return or a copy of the invoice in the returned package.

CASE is unable to accept returns of digital products. PDF and multimedia files may not be refunded or exchanged.

CASE Store Products

Print publications
Hard copy items will be shipped.

Book (PDF file)
If you place an order online, you will receive a link immediately after submitting the order to access the PDF.

If you order by phone, mail or fax, you will receive an e-mail with the PDF document attached.

Multimedia files

All CASE Online Speaker Series (OSS) events are recorded. When you purchase an OSS multimedia file, you are buying access to the recording of the event. You see the slides that were presented and hear what the presenters and participants had to say. You'll also get access to the handouts used during the OSS, and you can print them out.

The OSS multimedia file is a streaming video and audio file and cannot be downloaded or copied to a CD. Your access to the OSS multimedia file is unlimited and does not expire. You may view the OSS recording as many times as you wish.

Multimedia files are accessed through a secure website. No special software is required. Multimedia files work on PC and Mac.

When you purchase an OSS multimedia file, you will receive an e-mail that includes access to a link to the recording of the OSS event and to any printable handouts that go along with that OSS.

  • If you place an online order, you will receive a link immediately after submitting the order to access the multimedia file
  • If you order via phone, mail or fax, you will receive an e-mail with a PDF document attached that will include instructions and a link for accessing the multimedia file.
  • If you pre-order a multimedia file, you will receive an e-mail with a link to access the recording approximately three (3) business days after the webinar.

Simulcasts

  • CASE Simulcast runs on Flash software; standard on, and easily downloadable at no-cost, from most computers.
  • The audio portion is delivered via streaming audio through your computer speakers. The visual information is delivered via the Internet.
  • View events using a PC or Mac. It is recommended that PC users use the Internet Explorer Web browser and Mac users use the Safari Web browser.
