Access to the results from the 2011/2012 CASE Compensation Survey provides valuable details about the salaries and benefits of advancement professionals. Findings from the revamped survey will assist institutions, hiring managers and individuals in benchmarking compensation practices in the advancement disciplines. Note: Results are for the United States and Canada only.
Subscribers will be able to compare themselves to more than 4,400 advancement staff from other institutions, including U.S. and Canadian independent schools, community colleges and four-year colleges and universities. The database dashboard will allow each subscriber to create custom reports and graphs based on criteria such as such as job function, advancement discipline (advancement services, alumni relations, communications and marketing, fundraising and advancement management), institution type, enrollment, geographic area, supervisory level and years at institution or in position.
A subscription to the survey database includes access to results for:
· how salaries vary by institution type;
· how background characteristics influence compensation;
· what income is typical for advancement positions and experience levels; and
· profiles on benefits packages and other perks for advancement professionals.
Subscribers will be able to compare their compensation with salaries and benefits for similar positions at other educational institutions. It will also help hiring managers assess the marketplace and track significant trends in the profession. You will receive hard-to-find information about earnings in the advancement disciplines that will provide you with tremendous insight.
This recurring subscription grants access to an online database for as long as the database is active. The database will be refreshed each year in the first quarter and your subscription will need to be renewed at that time. You can also subscribe to 24-hour database access.
The data was gathered on a secure website and responses will remain confidential.
