About the Author
Gretchen Dobson
As Tufts University's senior associate director for domestic and international programs, Dobson travels the world to facilitate alumni engagement and serves as a development officer. Dobson presents regularly at conferences and events around the world and consults with institutions on international advancement issues. She received her B.A. and M.A. from Boston College and is pursuing a doctorate in higher education at the University of Pennsylvania.
