Terms and Conditions

Booking acknowledgement
All bookings will be acknowledged by email. If you do not receive acknowledgement within two weeks of booking, please call the CASE Europe office on +44 (0)20 7448 9940 to confirm that we have received your booking. Joining instructions with further information will be sent via email in the weeks before the conference.

Conference fees
Places booked prior to 25th January are charged at £1,720 for CASE member institutions and £2,270 for non-member institutions. After this date, places are charged at £1,755 for CASE members and £2,325 for non-members.

A further discount is applicable for CASE member institutions booking 2 or more delegates at the same time. This discount is only available for bookings made together at the same time and billed on a single invoice. The discount applies to each delegate. Sending a whole team or part of a team to the Spring Institute in Educational Fundraising is the best way to get the most out of the conference: your team can attend different sessions and thus maximise the learning experience. We encourage group bookings through a discount for two or more delegates from the same member institution.

The conference fee includes accommodation, refreshments and all meals from registration on Monday 18th March to the end of the conference on Friday 22nd March. All course materials are also included in the fee.

Cancellation and substitution

If CASE receives your cancellation:

  • At least one month before the conference start date (18th February), you will receive a full refund.
  • Less than one month before the conference start date (19th February), you will be refunded your registration fee less a £100 processing fee.
  • Less than two weeks before the conference start date, you will not receive a refund.
  • "No-shows" will not receive a refund.
  • Substitution of delegates may be made free of charge but must be made prior to the start of the conference by notifiying CASE Europe of the substitution.
