Social Media 101
Now more than ever advancement, alumni relations and communications professionals are expected to understand—and speak somewhat knowledgeably—about social tools. Nearly every organization is involved in social media in some way, but not all are thinking about it strategically. This workshop will review the social landscape, highlighting popular tools and outlining the fundamental changes to the ways we now communicate and interact online.
