Residence Hall Accommodations

A four-night stay at the University Heights Complex is included in your conference registration. Accommodations include a private room with air conditioning and a shared semi-private bathroom with shower. Rooms will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis determined by the date CASE receives registrations. Please indicate when you register if you require any special accommodations due to physical limitations or medical issues.

Due to liability limitations, guests not affiliated with the Institute are not permitted to stay in the UVM residence halls. If you must bring additional guests with you, it is recommended that you stay off site. Please notify CASE staff in advance if you do not plan on staying in the residence halls.

The residence halls will NOT be available before 10:00 AM Sunday or after 2:00 PM, Thursday. If you plan on arriving in Burlington earlier than Sunday or leaving after Thursday, you are responsible for arranging your own accommodations.

Residence hall life is very different than hotel life. Though linens and towels are provided, many other hotel amenities are not. You will receive a suggested list of what to bring with you prior to your arrival in Burlington.
