Karen Osborne is president of The Osborne Group, Inc., a full service, international management, consulting and training firm.

Nationally and internationally recognised as an excellent presenter and workshop leader, she has taught a wide variety of fundraising, management and marketing topics at hundreds of conferences and private sessions. CASE awarded her the Crystal Apple Award for outstanding teaching and public speaking.

Osborne's teaching is backed by first-hand experience. For 18 of her 30 years in the business, she led outstanding development and institutional advancement offices. Her last institutional position, before joining The Osborne Group, was as vice-president for college advancement at Trinity College where she led a successful $100,000,000 campaign. Prior to that, she spent eight years at RPI where she helped lead a $200,000,000 campaign.
