Much of what is accomplished with institutional and organizational advancement efforts is due to volunteers. From friend‐raising with young alumni to fund‐raising with new donors, having strong volunteer relations and management practices takes a commitment from all parties.
This masterclass will a) review the groundwork for starting a volunteer relations program, b) share best practices for recruitment, training and retention of volunteers at all levels of influence, c) provide examples of lessons learned with volunteers and informative case studies, and d) share "volunteer viewpoints" in a closing moderated panel featuring volunteers from Singapore.
