Master Class: Developing a strategic approach to social media for education marketing, communications and engagement activities
March 29, 2012
Queensland University of Technology
Brisbane, Australia
9 a.m. - 4:30 p.m. SGT/HKT/WST
You've been using social media for a little while. You know the popular platforms and how to use them, but perhaps you feel like you are still playing with them and testing out what works and what doesn't to engage with your audiences. Perhaps you feel that you need more time and support to use social media, more management buy-in, or more involvement from the rest of your organisation. Now is the time to get strategic.
In this full day workshop, we will look at how to make your social media activity truly embedded in your overall organisation strategy. We will explore this from the point of view of the organisation and the audience to help you create integrated communications and marketing plans.
09:00 - 16:30
