Registration is online only. CASE accepts payment by check or credit card for conference registration fees.

The hotel rate is not included in your conference registration fee. You are responsible for making your own hotel reservation.

PLEASE NOTE: Canadian law requires that all persons entering Canada carry both proof of citizenship and proof of identity. A valid U.S. passport, passport card or NEXUS card satisfies these requirements for U.S. citzens. Click here for more information.
