This programme has been developed with consideration there may be Directors of Development who are new in their role, but also accommodates experienced senior professionals. Institutions that have elected to be in tier 1 and tier 2 under the scheme are anticipated to be the main beneficiaries, but representatives from tier 3 institutions are welcome to apply.

Most participants will have a fundraising background but we expect the group to also include a few people who have been asked to implement/manage a development programme, while their main expertise may in fact be in an allied discipline, such as Marketing.

When assessing you application, both the maturity of your development programme and your individual, personal objectives will be taken into account. Please have a look at the eligibility criteria before applying.
