Liam Fitzpatrick runs internal campaigns, develops the effectiveness of communications teams and advises on metrics and evaluation, drawing on 25 years of experience working in-house and in consultancy around the world.

He has worked in many sectors including higher education with Birmingham, Cambridge and Hertfordshire universities. He lectures on stakeholders and change communications and is the external examiner for Leeds Metropolitan University's PR Degree. He is a Council member and Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Public Relations and a member of its Professional Development Committee. Fitzpatrick was the founder of the Black Belt series of training for internal communicators and co-wrote the definitive model of competencies for internal communicators. He is currently avoiding deadlines for the second edition of the CIPR Handbook of Internal Communications
