Participants are expected to make their own way to the conference venue. Transport will be by foot from St Stephen's School to the dinner venue (10 min walk), by mini-bus from the dinner venue to the Grand Beverly Hills Hotel and from this hotel to Marymount (for participants who have reserved a room at the hotel).

Advancement professionals are encouraged to attend from 9am Thursday, 21 October. Trustees and Heads are expected to join the summit no later than 6pm on Thursday, 21 October.

Please note that our preferred hotel (Grand Beverly Hills Hotel Rome) has now run out of accommodation. If you have not already booked your accommodation through CASE at the same time as your booking, we suggest that you use one your usual online hotel booking websites.

October is a busy season in Rome; register early to avoid disappointment.
