Reflecting on the donors' thoughts, Tracy will explore what makes or breaks the positioning of an international school. She will in particular look at engagement strategies and structures that ensure long-term commitment from all your stakeholders (alumni, parents, faculty, corporates, ...) - wherever they might be. Additionally, Tracy will frame the rest of the day's activities, bringing forward the lessons learned from the day before and initial inspirational start.
