Early bird rates (until 2 August 2013) 
Members: AUD $1,650 without accommodation
Non-members: AUD $2,050 without accommodation

Regular rates (from 3 August 2013)
Members: AUD $1,900 without accommodation
Non-members: AUD $2,300 without accommodation

Cancellation Policy: Written notification of cancellation is required and should be sent to the CASE Asia-Pacific office. Cancellations received by 5 pm on 15 October 2013 will receive a full refund. Cancellations received by 5 pm on 29 October 2013 will receive a refund of the registration fee less an AUD$200 processing fee. No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after this date, but substitute delegates will be accepted at anytime.
