Marie Earl is a strategy consultant and executive coach, specializing in the post-secondary educational sector. She served as associate vice president of alumni for the University of British Columbia and as executive director of the UBC Alumni Association from 2005 through mid-2010.
Prior to joining UBC, she served as the director of alumni relations at the Stanford Alumni Association, as executive director of Industry Initiatives for Science and Math Education (a nonprofit foundation established by leading high-technology corporations and post-secondary institutions in the San Francisco Bay Area to benefit K-12 educators), and as manager of education and science policy for the American Electronics Association.
Earl received an Honorary Alumnus Award from the UBC Alumni Association in 2011 and completed the Accelerated Leadership Program of the Sauder School of Business at UBC in 2010. She served as a member on the CASE Commission on Alumni Relations from 2006 to 2008 and is a frequent faculty member for CASE institutes worldwide. She earned undergraduate and masters degrees from Stanford University.

Andrew Shaindlin is the associate vice president for alumni Relations and annual giving at Carnegie Mellon University in Pittsburgh, Penn. He has 23 years of experience in university administration, with expertise in the uses of technology for engaging and connecting students and alumni.
Shaindlin's career in institutional advancement began in 1989 at his alma mater, Brown University. He joined the University of Michigan Alumni Association staff in 1996 and became executive director of the alumni association at the California Institute of Technology in 1999.
After more than ten years, Shaindlin left Caltech to establish a fulltime consulting practice, Alumni Futures, and in mid-2011 joined Carnegie Mellon as associate vice president. His website (http://alumnifutures.com) provides analysis, advice and resources to the advancement profession. Shaindlin served ascChair of the Commission on Alumni Relations and as a trustee for CASE. He has taught workshops, seminars and courses on four continents, and has authored numerous articles and chapters on technology and higher education. He holds a bachelor's degree in international relations from Brown University, and a master's degree in education from Claremont Graduate University.

Christine Fairchild was appointed Oxford University's new Director of Alumni Relations in March 2011.
She and her team are responsible for supporting links between alumni of the collegiate University and Oxford through a dynamic offering of events, benefits, services and communications vehicles. The University has 180,000 known alumni, including more than 44,000 in 188 countries outside the UK. There is an extensive alumni network in the UK and abroad with more than 190 active branches and associations.
Ms Fairchild has more than 20 years of experience in alumni relations at the Harvard Business School (HBS). In the last seven years she led a staff of 80, overseeing the School's alumni outreach and fundraising activities. She facilitated the close of the School's first capital campaign that exceeded its target of $500 million and oversaw efforts that raised over $50 million annually in new gifts and pledges. In addition, Ms Fairchild supervised alumni communications, reunions and a range of special events for HBS alumni.
Educated at Connecticut College in the US, Christine graduated with a BA in Asian Studies. Upon graduation, she joined the Harvard Art Museums, where she spent ten years in membership, development, special events and public education activities. She has volunteered for Hospice of Cambridge, Mount Auburn Hospital, Reading for the Blind and Dyslexic, Learning by Design, Concord Academy and Connecticut College. She currently serves as a Director on the Board of Oxford Limited and sits on the Malvern College Council.
