Tabletop registration includes:

• One 6' skirted table for tabletop exhibit
• Exhibitor listing in conference program
• Copy of conference program materials including one-time use of registration list
• Two full-conference registrations, including access to educational sessions and networking events

Terms and Conditions

If CASE receives your cancellation for exhibits and/or additional representatives:

• Three weeks or more before conference start date - Full refund
• One to two weeks before conference start date - Full refund minus a 50% cancellation fee
• Less than one week before conference start date - No refunds
• "No Shows"-No refunds

CASE reserves the right to cancel any program. CASE is not responsible for any cancellation or change fees assessed by airlines, hotels, or travel agents. Lodging is not included in your registration fee.
