Bob G. Denman, Jr.
Vice Chancellor for Development
University of Arkansas at Little Rock
Bob G. Denman, Jr. serves as the vice chancellor for development at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock (UALR). He leads a comprehensive university development program that includes major and planned giving, annual giving, campus community giving, database management, prospect research and development services. He served as campaign manager of UALR’s recently completed $100 million comprehensive campaign “It’s Time for UALR.” He serves on the Chancellors Cabinet working directly with the chancellor and provost in establishing fundraising strategies and institutional priorities.
Prior to joining his alma mater in 2001, Denman served as the vice president of Morris Multi Media and was station manager of its Little Rock NBC Television affiliate, KARK-TV.
Denman has served in numerous leadership positions for both community and professional organizations including the Better Business Bureau of Arkansas, the Little Rock Rotary Club, the Arkansas Advertising Federation, the American Advertising Federation and the Arkansas Artists Registry. Prior to joining UALR, he served as the president of the UALR Alumni Association and chairman of the UALR Foundation Fund Board.
He is a regular CASE conference faculty member and speaker.
Jim Lewis
Vice President for Development
University of Texas at Arlington
Jim Lewis was appointed vice president for development at the University of Texas at Arlington in May 2008 where he is responsible for all fundraising activities at the university. He has worked in higher education for the past 32 years, with the majority of that time in fundraising roles.
Prior to UTA, he spent 13 years as vice president for institutional advancement at Austin College. While at Austin College, he led the successful "New Era Campaign," a comprehensive fundraising campaign which provided endowment, capital and program support totaling over $120 million. Prior to his work at Austin College, he served at Millsaps College—six years as vice president for development two years as executive director of development. Prior to his tenure at Millsaps, he worked at three other institutions of higher learning.
He has been an active member of the Association of Fundraising Professionals (AFP) for more than two decades, having served as president of the Mississippi Chapter and is a member of the national board. He has also been actively involved with the CASE, having served on the boards of both District III and District IV. He chaired the District IV conference in Dallas in 2007 and currently serves as chair-elect of the CASE IV Board. He has mentored staff members who now hold senior level positions in education and healthcare institutions in six states.
Lewis holds a bachelor's degree in sociology and a master's degree in counseling from East Texas State University (now Texas A&M University-Commerce).He has a master's degree in business administration from Southern Methodist University.
Molly Ann Mroczynski

M&M Philanthropy Consulting
Molly Ann Mroczynski is the president of M&M Philanthropy Consulting, an international consulting firm specializing in the areas of annual fund, capital campaigns, feasibility studies, board development, staff audits, training, corporate, major and planned gift programs.
Prior to her current position she was director of corporate relations at Art Center College of Design in Pasadena, Calif., and executive director for external affairs at UCLA's Henry Samueli School of Engineering and Applied Science, where she oversaw development, alumni relations, media, marketing and communications. She has served as the director of development for the Frank R. Seaver College of Science and Engineering at Loyola Marymount University, director of development for the College of Engineering and Technology at California State University, Los Angeles and director of major and planned gifts at Planned Parenthood Los Angeles. For more than eight years, she worked at Temple University in Philadelphia as director of the annual fund, prospect researcher, manager of major gifts and acting director of development for athletics.
Mroczynski received her bachelor's degree from Temple University and is currently working on her master's degree in history at California State University, Los Angeles.
William G. Reynolds
Associate Vice President for Alumni Relations and Annual Fund
Georgetown University
In 2001, Georgetown University alumni leader and marketing executive William G. Reynolds was named the university's associate vice president of alumni relations and executive director of the alumni association. In this position, he is responsible for the alumni relations program and administration of all board of governors activities. He later assumed responsibilities for the annual fund.
Reynolds' background includes extensive marketing and management experience. He spent 17 years at Unilever, including five years as a marketing vice president for product lines including the Elizabeth Arden and Chesebrough Ponds divisions. He also was vice president of marketing at L'Oreal.
He has spent many years as an alumni volunteer leader at Georgetown. He is a past president of the alumni association and was a two-time chair of the annual fund in the 1990s. He chaired both his fifth and 10th year reunions (both of which doubled the previous fundraising record for that reunion) and served on the Third Century Campaign Kickoff Committee. He also has served on the board of directors, board of regents, and board of governors, and was a founding member of the London (UK) club. Reynolds received Georgetown's highest alumni honor, the John Carroll Award, in 1993.
A graduate of Georgetown's class of 1979, Reynolds earned his master's degree in business administration from Cornell University in 1981.
Carol Thornton
Dean of Development
St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School
Carol Thornton currently serves as the dean of development for St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School, a Catholic independent school in Memphis, Tenn. She oversees the development, alumni affairs and communications efforts of the school and recently completed a $20 million capital and endowment campaign.
Prior to joining St. Agnes Academy-St. Dominic School, she served as director of development for Christian Brothers University and the University of Tennessee, College of Medicine. Thornton has also worked as an endowment officer at ALSAC-St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
Thornton received her bachelor's and master's degrees from the University of Memphis. She has held the CFRE certification since 2000.
