How to Register - CASE Europe Annual Conference 2015

*To register for a pre-conference, do so at the time of main conference or schools programme registration. To add a pre-conference to your order after booking on to one of the main conferences, email europe@case.org.


Group Booking Discount

A group discount of £10.00 per person is available for three or more people from the same institution registering at the same time. This discount is available to CASE members only and will be applied to your order on the check out screen.

Please note: the discount is calculated from a base amount in US Dollars ($) and may vary slightly due to current exchange rates.


Event pricing is, amongst other factors, dependent on the event's location (country). Prices for most of CASE Europe's events are initially set in the host country's currency. Other currency equivalents are set using translation rates at the same time. CASE Europe reserves the right to alter prices without notice if currency rates move significantly. Bookings made before any such pricing changes will not be affected.


Paying Via Invoice

If you would like to pay via invoice, please send the following details of those people you are booking on to europe@case.org:

  • Full name, email address and job title of each delegate to be booked on
  • Institution address
  • Dietary requirements
  • Any extras i.e. Pre-conference

Cancellation Policy
Changes/Cancellations

Cancellation of conference registrations must be received in writing by 5:00 pm GMT, via email at europe@case.org. Refer to the following timeline for refund deadlines.

CASE Europe Annual Conference, Institutes and 2-day events

  • If CASE receives your cancellation:At least two months before the conference start date, you will receive a full refund.
  • Between two months - three weeks before the conference start date, you will be refunded your registration fee less a 20% processing fee.
  • Less than three weeks before the conference start date, you will not receive a refund.
  • "No-shows" will not receive a refund.
  • Name changes and substitutions can be made any time prior to the conference start date by email: europe@case.org.
  • Occasionally conferences fill to capacity before the registration deadline date, so we encourage you to register early.
  • CASE reserves the right to cancel any programme or change the content and speakers.
  • Do not book your travel arrangements until you have received confirmation.
