Bradford Crews
Assistant Vice President, Alumni Relations
Florida Atlantic University

Brad Crews is the assistant vice president of alumni relations at Florida Atlantic University. He manages all aspects of the FAU National Alumni Association, including the board of directors, alumni programs, and events and operations of the Marleen and Harold Forkas Alumni Center.

Crews joined Florida Atlantic University in March 2011 with nearly 10 years of collegiate experience. Previously, he served as the director of alumni reunions and special events at the University of Florida for six years. From 2002 to 2005, he was the university events director at Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University. He also served as an event manager at the Walt Disney World Resort for several years.

Crews is a graduate of Appalachian State University.

Stephanie Epp
Executive Director, Alumni Relations
Illinois State University Alumni Center

Stephanie Epp is executive director of alumni relations for Illinois State University. Epp coordinates a staff of ten alumni relations professionals as well as a 27-member Alumni Association Board of Directors. She serves as publisher of the Illinois State alumni magazine, a quarterly publication distributed to 150,000 alumni.

Prior to joining alumni relations, Epp served as co-director of the National Board Resource Center at Illinois State University, a unit of the College of Education dedicated to improving teacher quality through a grassroots network of board-certified educators across Illinois and the nation. Before coming to Illinois State University in 2003, she managed higher education and professional development initiatives for the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards. A former elementary educator, Epp taught kindergarten and third grade in West Des Moines, Iowa, from 1990-1998.

She holds a graduate certificate in nonprofit leadership from Georgetown University; a certificate in fundraising management from the Center on Philanthropy at Indiana University; a master's degree in curriculum and teaching management from Drake University; a bachelor's degree in elementary education from Northwest Missouri State University; and National Board Certification through the National Board for Professional Teaching Standards.

David Horton
Assistant Dean of Students
Radford University

David Horton has been with Radford University since 1991, most recently serving as the assistant dean of students. Prior to his current role, Horton was with the RU Alumni Association for 17 years, serving as director from 2002-2008.

During his time with alumni relations at RU, Horton was responsible for all aspects of alumni programming and services including Homecoming, reunions and regional events; and was the adviser to the RU Ambassadors student-alumni organization. Prior to becoming director, he served as homecoming coordinator and assistant director for campus events with the alumni association. In 2002, RU was recognized with a CASE Circle of Excellence Award for their annual homecoming program. He previously served as CASE faculty in 2006 and as chair of the 2008 Homecomings and Reunions conference.

Since his transition to Student Affairs in 2008, Horton has been responsible for student programming including concerts, shows, and lectures; and, most recently, RU's Standards of Student Conduct, Off Campus Student Engagement and Community Outreach.

In addition to formal advancement and student affairs responsibilities, he has served as an unofficial historian for Radford, presenting seminars to classes regarding RU's heritage and background. Since 1984 he has been a member of the WVRU public radio volunteer staff, hosting a variety of programs over the years with fellow faculty and students.

Horton is a 1990 graduate of Radford University and has served as a member of the RU Foundation Board of Directors.
