Art Specs:

• Trim Size: 6" x 9" +1/4" bleed
• Print method: 4-color process (CYMK)
• Preferred art preparation: submit ad art as a high-resolution PDF. Embed fonts and linked images.
• Acceptable formats: Original files created in these applications are acceptable, but not preferred: InDesign, QuarkXPress, Illustrator (convert type to outlines; save as EPS with lined files), and Photoshop (Save as TIFF or EPS). Stuff files using standard compression software.
• Unacceptable formats: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Publish, and Corel Draw.
• If PDF is less than 5MB, email to partners@case.org.
• If PDF is more than 5MB, send using online FTP sites such as bigmailfile.com or yousendit.com.
