Expert Forum: Development Services

This day is one of a series of Experts' Forums aimed at senior practitioners.

This Development Services seminar led by Shelby Radcliffe, Executive Director of Campaign Administration, Development and Alumni Relations, Bucknell University and  Katherine Muller, Director of Operations, Advancement at London Business School is aimed at those with senior level experience in the function and who now have cross-functional management responsibility.

The sessions will be interactive and will promote discussion amongst the attendees who will be encouraged to bring questions and issues to raise and resolve during the day.

Topics will cover all areas of the Development Services function and will include:

  • donor modelling;
  • performance metrics and fundraising analytics;
  • reporting and campaign counting;
  • the challenges of managing teams when you don't have expertise in their activity area; and
  • career development and planning for development services.

This is part of CASE Europe's Training and Support Programme for the Matched Funding Scheme for Voluntary Giving 2008-2011 in England.
