CASE believes there is a great demand for professional development for all levels of advancement professionals, not only in the area of diverse leadership, but also understanding philanthropic diversity. Therefore, to help fulfill this demand it has created the first ever "Diverse Philanthropy and Leadership Conference"

CASE has strengthened its outreach and partnered with the African American Development Officers Network-a national organization designed to foster professional development opportunities. The conference will concentrate on emerging philanthropic markets (i.e., ethnic, LGBT, young alumni) in advancement, while exploring minority buying power, philanthropic behaviors, diverse engagement and donor expectations. In addition, the program will feature a programmatic track on management, leadership and mentoring of advancement professionals of diverse backgrounds.
