As Higher Education institutions strive to improve their recruitment performance in an ever more competitive world, this one-day workshop will draw on approaches, tools and techniques from the commercial world to help marketers and recruiters better understand prospective students and develop strategies to attract them.

The workshop will provide an insight into how prospective students think and behave as a basis for a better understanding of current and potential future markets. It will also explore the ways in which an understanding of prospective student behaviour can inform marketing plans, strategies and campaigns to help ensure that limited marketing budgets are well directed and well spent. The workshop will be brought to life by case studies and examples and will provide opportunities for exploration and interaction.
