After you have submitted your application:
- You will receive email notification that your application has been received.
- If you have not received such confirmation, please contact Amir Pasic at apasic@case.org before the application deadline.
- Applicants are recommended to register for the conference in the normal way. This ensures you do not miss out if your application is unsuccessful, but you are able to secure funds from elsewhere.
- Shortly after the application deadline, your application will be reviewed by CASE staff and we will let you know whether or not your application has been shortlisted.
- Shortlisted applications will be sent to a panel of CASE Board members for review and final selection.
- We will inform you of the outcome of your application as soon as a decision is reached. This could result in you being offered a scholarship, or being put on stand-by.
- If you have been offered a scholarship you will need to formally accept and, if you have not already done so, to register for the conference.
- If you decline the scholarship or do not indicate your acceptance and register, your scholarship will pass to an applicant on stand-by.
After the conference:
- You will be asked to provide a short written report of your conference experience
