Sharon Beales, vice president of development and external relations at Montgomery County Community College since March 2011, is responsible for the college foundation, marketing communications, grants and lively arts. Prior to arriving at the college, Beales was the foundation vice president at St. Mary's Medical Center. She previously served as the director of development at Rutgers University and as executive director of the Arts & Business Partnership. She holds a bachelor's degree from Rutgers University.

Rae Goldsmith, vice president for advancement resources for CASE, oversees the development and delivery of advancement content through the offices of research, communications, books publishing, CURRENTS magazine and the CASE InfoCenter. Goldsmith joined the CASE staff after working 22 years in educational communications and marketing for three universities and serving as an active CASE volunteer. She has been recognized with the CASE Crystal Apple Award for outstanding teaching at CASE conferences.

Montgomery County Community College
Karen A. Stout has served as president of Montgomery County Community College, a multi-campus college in suburban Philadelphia since 2001. Under her leadership the college has received national recognition for its work in student success, for its use of technology and for community service. Among her many activities, Stout serves as chair of the President's Advisory Board to the Community College Research Center at Columbia University Teacher's College, is a member of the American Association of Community Colleges Board of Directors, and is a commissioner with the Middle States Commission on Higher Education. She holds a doctorate from the University of Delaware, a master's degree from the University of Baltimore and a bachelor's degree from the University of Delaware.
