• The national nature of the scheme provides considerable benefits including peer support, mentoring and interaction with previous trainees that is only possible due to the breadth of the scheme and the presence of a central co-ordinating agency.

• CASE Graduate Trainees working in higher education will go some way to alleviate the shortage of skilled and experienced fundraising staff and lead to increased retention of staff focused on educational philanthropy.
• The programme stimulates and sustains a strong network of graduates sharing best practice, ideas, skills and knowledge, with an affinity to CASE Europe providing the next generation of members, associates and Trustees.
