PART I: Learning From Each Other and Formulating Key Questions
This session, based on a questionnaire that participants will fill out prior to the conference, is your chance to meet colleagues who share similar experiences and build a supportive network. In several groups, you will discuss current issues in marketing, communications, alumni relations and fundraising and share best practices and challenges from institutions around Europe.
Each group will formulate two questions, dilemmas or issues that they will present in the second part of the workshop to institutional leaders and senior practitioners from leading institutions in Europe.
