Tracy Savage joined Marts & Lundy in 2002 with 25 years of experience in institutional advancement that concluded with 13 years as chief development officer and assistant head of school at the National Cathedral School in Washington, D.C. Savage's career as an institutional fund-raising leader included comprehensive campaigns, alumni relations and annual fund programming, and planned giving, donor relations and communications. In addition to these core elements of advancement, her expertise includes governance, strategic planning and executive leadership. She has also served in academic and administrative roles at the Marlborough School in Los Angeles and the Madeira School and Foxcroft School in Virginia.

Savage was elected to the Marts & Lundy Board of Directors in 2006. A veteran speaker for CASE and NAIS, she has received numerous awards, including the Robert Bell Crow Memorial Award for service to CASE and the advancement profession. She lectures regularly for the Klingenstein Institute at Columbia University and is a contributing author to four books: Donor Relations: The Essential Guide to Stewardship Policies, Procedures and Protocol, Happy Birthday Alma Mater!, CASE's Handbook of Institutional Advancement released in 2001, and the latest edition of Philanthropy in Independent Schools released by NAIS in 2010. She currently serves as a trustee of Norfolk Academy, the Washington Revels and the Virginia Center for the Creative Arts, and is a former trustee of the Madeira School, St. Peter's School in Philadelphia and the National Cathedral School.


Michaela Seeger
Director of Community Relations
Zurich International School

At Zurich International School, Michaela oversees admissions, alumni, adult education, communication, fundraising and marketing. Previously, she was director of development at the International School of Zug and Luzern. Prior to working in development, Michaela was managing director of WOLF-Geräte. She is a member of the Advancement Committee of the European Council of International Schools.


Peter Mott
Director
Zurich International School

Peter C. Mott has been the director of Zurich International School since its foundation in 2001 and until 2012. From 1989-2001, he was head of the American International School of Zurich, one of ZIS' two predecessor schools. Mott served on the board of the Council of International Schools and has been a member of the NEASC Commission of American and International Schools Abroad. As of August 2012, he will be the director of CAISA. Mott is Swiss, but he was educated in Germany, the UK and the United States.
