Discuss electronic database screening, prospect identification, peer screenings, data mining, filling the pyramid: rating giving capacity and inclination, campaign reporting 101 and more.

Preparing Your Advancement Services Shop for a Campaign
Learn how to assess your staffing needs and retain staff during a campaign. Review campaign reporting and campaign counting policies.

Relationship Management
Topics for this session inlcude the role of research and relationship management in campaigns, building the prospect pool, keeping the pipeline filled, creating strong partnerships between fundraisers and researchers, care and feeding of the campaign pyramid, optimizing fundraising resources through prospect management, and creating the tools necessary to effectively manage relationship management in a campaign.

Topics include creating a culture of gratitude through stewardship and recognition, honor roll of donors, etc., effective kickoff and events, and automating your stewardship process.
